During the press release event of RRR, SS Rajamouli made official announcement regarding the female lead of upcoming directorial venture RRR in which Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Young Tiger JR NTR are playing the lead roles. Bollywood Actress Alia Bhatt is on the board to play the female lead and will be seen romancing with Ram Charan in RRR. Alia Bhatt is one of the most celebrated actresses in the country. Now, she is foraying into Telugu film industry with director SS Rajamouli’s upcoming flick RRR, in which she will essay the role of Sita. Alia Bhatt has already started the preparation for her role as she has started learning the Telugu language.
The sources close to Alia Bhatt reveal that she is taking Telugu classes every day from a tutor. Recently during the media interaction, Alia Bhatt said, “It’s is a challenge. Telugu is a tough language to learn, but it is a very expressive language. I want to understand the nuances of Telugu language, why certain words are pronounced the way they are, and what they convey. Only then will I be able to express the feelings of my character.”
Alia Bhatt also said that she always wanted to work with three directors- Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and SS Rajamouli. It is known news that she was launched by Karan Johar and currently she has projects with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rajamouli.
Rajamouli’ RRR is a fictitious tale of two freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Ram Charan is playing the role of Alluri Seetharama Raju whereas Jr NTR will be seen in the role Komaram Bheem. RRR is produced by DVV Danayya, and it is set in the 1920s. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters on 30th July 2019.
