It is known news that SS Rajamouli’ Baahubali crushed several pre existing records at the box office and created the history. It seems Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi is also a Baahubali which has started to create the records before it’s release. Yesterday on the occasion of Ugadi, the makers of Maharshi released the teaser of Maharshi, which went viral on social media and now it has erased all the existing social media records.
According to the latest update, Maharshi teaser has crossed more than 1 Cr views on Youtube in just 13 hours of its release and create a record on YouTube. This is an unprecedented record for any movie’s teaser in Telugu Film Industry history.
Mahesh Babu looks stylish in the teaser and even in the action episode. The teaser of Maharshi reveals about the film is that its story revolves around three friends, the other two being played by DJ fame Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh. In one of the dialogue, Mahesh Babu is seen saying that There are no full stops in success, only commas. I have a problem, sir. If somebody says that I will lose, I would want to prove them wrong. He defines that success not as a destination but as a journey.
Maharshi is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally, and is jointly produced by Ashwini Dutt, Prasad V Potluri and Dil Raju, the movie is said to be produced on a budget of Rs 60 crore. In the past, Mahesh Babu starrer release date has been postponed a couple of times. The film is now gearing up for a worldwide release on 9th May 2019.
Mahesh Babu was last seen in Koratala Siva’ directorial venture Bharat Ane Nenu in which he played the role of Andhra Pradsh Chief Minister. Unlike Bharat Ane Nenu, in Maharshi Mahesh is playing the role of a success entrepreneur.
