Kabir Singh teaser, No Match to Arjun Reddy

Today Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor released the teaser of his upcoming film Kabir Singh on social media. Kabir Singh is the Hindi remake of the much acclaimed Telugu movie Arjun Reddy in which Vijay Deverakonda and Shailini Pandey played the lead roles. Kabir Singh is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and on several occasions, he has said that many changes have been made in the script of Kabir Singh according to the taste of Hindi audiences. But, going by the teaser, it looks like that he did not make any changes. However, we can’t decide now, just after watching a teaser. Vijay Deverakonda fans are not happy with Shahid Kapoor’ Kabir Singh teaser and according to them there is no match for Vijay Deverakonda in Arjun Reddy. Few comments by the netizens are as follows:

Kabir Singh teaser starts with actor Shahid Kapoor, who is on the terrace of a building and putting a bottle of alcohol into an overhead water tank and then he drinks from it.

Shahid Kapoor, who is playing an alcoholic surgeon with anger management issues, shows off his chiselled body. Kiara Advani who made her Telugu debut with Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane and Nenu is playing the female lead.

The original and Telugu version of Arjun Reddy, based in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Whereas Kabir Singh is based in Delhi and Mumbai.
