Nagarjuna in Party Mode

Last year Akkineni Nagarjuna joined hands with Ram Gopal Varma for Officer and the movie was bombed at the box office. On its opening day the movie lovers rejected the action drama Officer. Later Nagarjuna joined hands with Sriram Adittya for multistarrer Devadas in which he shared the screen space with Natural Star Nani but unfortunately the movie was also turned out commercially flop at the box office. But this year, Nagarjuna is very happy. Thanks to Shiva Nirvana who helmed Majili for Akkineni Couple- Samantha and Naga Chaitanya. Majili which was released on 5th April, is running successfully at the box office and doing decent collections. It is expected to cross break-even mark soon and enter into profit zone. The sources say that Nagarjuna is in party mode.

Last year, Naga Chaitanya also delivered two movies Shailaja Reddy Alludu and Savyasachi. Both the movies were ended up commercially flop at the box office. Shailaja Reddy Alludu, was directed by Maruthi Dasari, in which Anu Emmanuel played the female lead role whereas Naga Chaitanya romanced with Nidhhi Agerwal in Savyasachi. It is also known news that Samantha Akkineni’ U Turn hadn’t done as expected in Telugu.

Everybody is aware of that Akhil who has delivered back to back flop movies, also delivered one more disaster Mr Majnu last year. Finally now Akkineni family is happy as Majili is turning out hit at the box office. Recently Nagarjuna also shared a pic of himself with son Naga Chaitanya and Bahu Samantha on Twitter and came up with an interesting caption, “My block buster couple!!! @Samanthaprabhu2 @chay_akkineni #Blockbustercouple.”
