One more Legal case on Mohan Babu

The veteran actor-producer and former MP Manchu Mohan Babu is in legal trouble. According to the latest update, Telugu film director YVS Chowdary has sent a legal notice to Manchu Mohan Babu, presently in YSR Congress party, over a land dispute.

Recently, Mohan Babu was in news headline when a news went viral that he was sentenced to one year imprisonment in a cheque bounce case filed by YVS Chowdary. The 23rd Metropolitan special court at Erramanzil sentenced actor-producer Mohan Babu in the cheque bounce case and asked him to pay Rs 40.75 lakh towards the defaulted amount.

Now according to the latest update, YVS Chowdary has sent a two-page notice to Mohan Babu, weeks after the latter was sentenced to one-year imprisonment in the cheque bounce case, and asked him to remove the obstruction placed at the entry and his men into his property situated at Jalpally village in Ranga Reddy district, on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

The statement from the legal notice read, “My client is the absolute owner and possessor of the open land of 20 guntas comprising in survey no. 194/part out of total extent of Ac.1.00 at Jalpally Village within the following boundaries: North: 25′ Road; South: Agricultural land in By No. 194/part East: 25′ Road; West: Agricultural land in By No. 194/part.”

As per the notice, YVS Chowdary had purchased 20 guntas of land in Jalpally from Begurtt Pasha and Sunil Kumar Altuja under Registered Sale Deed on 9th April 2009. In his notice, Chowdary alleged that Mohan Babu had illegally constructed a wall which obstructs the entry to his land.

Mohan Babu is yet to respond on YVS Chowdary notice.
