Everyone is aware of that Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth has joined hands with AR Murugadoss for a movie and lady superstar Nayantara is on the board to play the female lead. The movie was earlier referred to as Thalaivar 167 and now it has been titled as Darbar. The first look poster of Rajinikanth and Nayantara starrer Darbar has been out today morning.
The first look poster of Darbat was launched on Tuesday, 9th April. The movie is written and directed by AR Murugadoss who is known for helming hit films like Ghajini, Thuppakki and Sarkar. The first look poster of Darbar is hinting that Rajinikanth will be seen playing a cop in this film.
AR Murugadoss took to his Twitter to share the poster of Darbar and wrote, “Here you go guys!!! The first look of our very own Thalaivar in #Darbar @rajinikanth @LycaProductions #nayanthara @santoshsivan @anirudhofficial #sreekarprasad #pongal2020.”
This is the first time AR Murugadoss and Rajinikanth are working together. Sharing the poster of Darbar, Lyca Production wrote on Twitter, “Here We Go! #Thalaivar167 is #Darbar @rajinikanth @ARMurugadoss #Nayanthara @anirudhofficial @santoshsivan @sreekar_prasad.”
The cinematography will be handled by Santhosh Sivan whereas the film will have the music by Anirudh Ravichander.
After Chandramukhi, Kuselan and Sivaji, this is Nayantara and Rajinikanth’s fourth collaboration.
Lady Superstar Nayantara was last seen in KM Sarjun’s horror drama, Airaa, and Rajinikanth’ previous offering was Petta, which was decent hit at the box office.
