Maharshi beats Avengers: Endgame at US Box Office

Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu has beaten Hollywood drama Avengers: Endgame at US Box Office in the term on per screen average. Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh starrer Maharshi was one of the most awaited movie of this season, which has finally hit the theaters yesterday on 9th May in a very grand manner. The movie lovers and Mahesh Babu’ fans have given a thumbs up for Mahesh’s emotional performance and the important social message the film had set out to deliver.

According to the traders report, Maharshi earned a decent $511K by the end of its Wednesday premiers in the US. The Hollywood movie Avengers: Endgame, which has already crushed several records at the box office, is still going strong at the US box-office. In an impressive feat, Maharshi’s per screen average ($2,240) has edged past Avengers: Endgame’ per screen average ($2,023) on Wednesday. In this manner Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi has beaten Avengers: Endgame at US Box Office.

The traders are expecting that Maharshi will join the club of $1 million mark by the end of Friday. Maharshi is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and is jointly bankrolled by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt, and Prasad V. Potluri through their production companies Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies, and PVP Cinema.
