It is known news that the young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda is currently working with Temper and iSmart Shankar fame Puri Jagannadh for an upcoming project which is titled as Fighter. It is an action entertainer in which Arjun Reddy star will be seen playing the role of a boxer. Vijay Deverakonda was not the first choice of Fighter. Initially Puri Jagannadh wanted to make Fighter with Stylish Star Allu Arjun but the actor rejected the movie and the role fell in the lap of Vijay Deverakonda.
In past, Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Puri Jagannadh have worked together for Desamuduru which was ended up as a huge hit. After the super success of the film Desamuduru, the actor and director wished to team up once again. But when Puri Jagannadh narrated the script of Fighter , he was shocked when Allu Arjun rejected the script. Puri Jagannadh who had high hopes on Fighter made several changes in the script and narrated it to Vijay Deverakonda. The actor gave his nod and now the film Fighter is being made with pan Indian standards and will release later this year.
Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey is on the board to romance with Vijay Deverakonda in this romantic and actioner drama.
