After the release of Rajamouli’ magnum opus Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, international filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor took to his microblogging page and termed SS Rajamouli as “Courage, Rebellion, Passion, Commitment Belief in oneself, Breaking every rule and Humility.” The film maker SS Rajamouli is the best storyteller. If film is a director’ medium, then SS Rajamouli is its mascot. He has carved a niche for himself by helming back-to-back successful films. Rajamouli is considered one of the best commercial cinema directors of India.
SS Rajamouli is the only director from the film industry who was never seen tensed before the release of his movies. In past, during an interview, when the director was asked how he could be so relaxed before the release of a film, to which Rajamouli replied, “ I am a good actor. Everyone will be tensed before the release of a movie. I act to be simple but I am tensed inside. I wait for the release of the film to see if the film ends up impressing the audience.”
On the work front, Rajamouli is currently working with Jr NTR and Ram Charan for RRR, which is being made on the lavish budget of Rs 350 Cr.
