Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Anjana Devi, the mother of Megastar Chiranjeevi and Power Star Pawan Kalyan is doing tailoring of face masks with her friends, producing 700 masks per day. A picture of a lady was also published, but her face was visible only from aside. But now Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy star Chiranjeevi has refuted the rumor by saying that she is not his mother.
Chiranjeevi took to his Twitter and shared a screenshot of a report claiming that the woman seen in it is his mother Anjana Devi, and said, “Press and some media channels claimed that my mother is doing this humanitarian work. I want to say that she is not my mom but whichever mother is engaged in this great act of compassion I thank her for it.”
Finally by sharing a tweet, Chiranjeevi denied that the woman in the pic is not his mother Anjana Devi, he also thanked the woman for her great act of compassion and kindness.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is working for upcoming movie Acharya, that is helmed by Koratala Siva and is bankrolled by his son Ram Charan with Niranjan Reddy, which has Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead role.
