Director Maruthi is going to celebrate his birthday today. Today morning Stylish Star Allu Arjun took to his twitter to send his birthday wishes to his olden friend Maruthi Dasari. Bunny also shared a pic of him with Maruthi and said, “Many many happy returns of the day to one of my oldest friend , well wisher and director Maruthi.”
Allu Sirish, the brother of Allu Arjun also wished Maruthi and said, “Wishing my dear friend, Kottha Janta director and well wisher director Maruthi a happy birthday and a blockbuster year ahead! Guru.. Ocche samvatsaram prati roju pandaga la undali ani korukuntunna..”
Bunny and Maruthi’s friendship goes back to over 2 decades. Starting his career as an animation artist, Maruthi’s first few movies like Bus Stop were hit. With advice from Megastar Chiranjeevi, Maruthi became director. He taught art to Allu Arjun. The director is associated with Maruthi Talkies, a film production house in Tollywood.
Maruthi started his career in the film industry with the movie Premisthe in 2004 and His last movie was Prati Roju Pandage in which Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna played the lead roles and the movie was a decent hit at the box office.
Meanwhile Allu Arjun is working with Rashmika Mandanna in Sukumar’ directorial venture Pushpa.
