Recently it was heard Suriya starrer ‘Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra’ would not stream on Amazon Prime on 30th October. The release of Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra (Soorari Pottru in Tamil) was postponed. Now according to the latest update, Suriya starrer upcoming film Soorarai Pottru has received the pending NOC from Indian Air Force. Producer Rajsekarpandian took to Twitter to share this good news and added that very soon the announcement regarding the release date of the film will be made.
Since Suriya starrer film Soorarai Pottru is about the aviation industry, the Indian Air Force- IAF needs to give clearance for the film to release.
Two months ago, Suriya announced the release of Soorarai Pottru, which is directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad. The movie was all set to premiere directly on Amazon Prime Video from 30th October. However, due to last minute pending approvals from the Indian Air Force, the team of Soorarai Pottru had no option but to postpone the release.
Soorarai Pottru also has Aparna Balamurali, Paresh Rawal and Mohan Babu in crucial roles and it is produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and co-produced by Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment whereas the music is by GV Prakash Kumar. The cinematography is handled by Niketh Bommi.
