According to the latest buzz in the film industry, lady Superstar Nayantara has decided to slash her salary for upcoming film Nizhal amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Recently Nayantara signed her next Malayalam movie so she is teaming up with Kunchacko Boban. The upcoming film Nizhal, marks the debut directorial of State Award winning editor Appu N Bhattathiri.
In pat both Nayanatra and Kunchacko Boban have worked together for a song sequence. After that song Twenty-20, now once again both are going to work together in 2020.
The sources close to the makers revealed that Nayanatar is taking a pay cut amidst the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic in the country. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Maya fame actress is among many who has sacrificed to compensate producers’ losses due to lockdown.
Recently during the media interaction, when Kunchacko was asked if he is also taking a pay cut, to this he replied, “For me, there’s only gain, to work during the pandemic and be part of such a good project. The sources close to the makers revealed that the upcoming film Nizhal is not a pandemic oriented project but it’s a movie that can be shot in a controlled environment.
