Young Rebel star Prabhas has multiple big budget projects in his kitty, one of them is Om’ Raut directorial venture Adipurush, in which Mirchi star will be seen playing the role of Lord Ram. Om Raut has already officially announced that Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan will play Lankesh- Ravana. Recently there was strong buzz in the film industry that Anushka Shetty will essay the role of Goddess Sita in Prabhas starrer Adipurush but the actress refuted the rumour recently. Now a fan made poster of Adipurush is going viral on the social media that features Prabhas as Ram whereas Anushka Shetty as Sita.
Ever since Prabhas’ big budget film Adipurush was announced, the fans have been eagerly waiting to know about the female lead of Om Raut’ directorial venture. Earlier, actresses like National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh and Kiara Advani were considered for the role of Sita. However, makers of Adipurush didn’t react to such reports.
Recently, Anushka Shetty‘s name was also doing the rounds. When her name came into the picture, the movie lovers couldn’t hold their excitement about her casting as they started trending Anushka Shetty’s name on Twitter. However, Nishabdham actress denied all the reports.
Adipurush, produced by Bhushan Kumar will be made on the lavish budget of Rs 500 Cr.
