Ever since Tanhaji fame Om Raut’ mythological film Adipurush with Young Rebel star Prabhas as the lead, playing Lord Ram was announced, Saaho fame have been hoping that the female lead would be essayed by Baahubali actress Anushka Shetty. But recently during the media interaction, Anushka Shetty revealed that neither she was approached nor she is the part of Adipurush.
Prabhas starrer is going to be made on a whopping budget of Rs 500 Crores, the speculations went high as to who would play the role of Goddess Sita? Recently it was heard that Bharat Ane Nenu fame Kiara Advani who was also the part of ‘Kabir Singh’, the remake of Arjun Reddy, is said to be the prime choice of the makers whereas few are saying that Anushka Sharma will play the role of Goddess Sita in Adipurush.
The sources close to Om Raut said that the makers of Prabhas starrer Adipurush are all set to surprise fans with the announcement of heroine. And this announcement will be made on 23rd October on the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday. Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the role of Lankesh.
Currently Prabhas is working for Radha Krishna Kumar’ directorial venture Radhe Shyam, which has Pooja Hegde in the female lead role.
