Prashanth Neel who is one of the popular film maker of Indian film Industry is currently working with Baahubali and Saaho fame Prabhas for an upcoming action drama Salaar. The movie has Shruti Haasan as the leading lady and the film will mark her first collaboration with ‘Baahubali’. Recently during the media interaction, Prashanth Neel shared a major update on Prabhas and Shruti Haasan starrer Salaar and said, “I am gearing up to resume the shoot of the film.
KGF fame Prashanth Neel added, “I even got time to write some scripts for the movie. We are doing a handful of movies with Hombale Films and discussions are currently on.”
Salaar will present Prabhas in a never seen before violent avatar and his character will have dark shade. Prashanth Neel’ magnum opus is likely to have fight sequences and massy dialogues. Prabhas had earlier announced that his much awaited film Salaar will hit theatres on 14th April, 2022.
On the otherside, Prabhas will be seen playing Lord Ram in the Bhushan Kumar backed mythological drama Adipurush, an adaptation of the Ramayana, which is being directed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame. The film stars Saif Ali Khan as the villain Ravana- ‘Lankesh’ and marks his debut in Telugu film Industry.
