Suresh Babu is one of the popular producer, studio owner and distributor who serve as the managing director of Suresh Productions. Suresh Babu is known for bankrolling Preminchukundam Raa, Ganesh, Kalisundam Raa, Bobbili Raja, Coolie No1, Jayam Manade Raa, Nuvvu leka nenu lenu, Malliswari, Tulasi, Drushyam, Oh Baby and Gopala Gopala.
He is also into film distribution and exhibition in both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Suresh Productions is over 50 years old in the industry and now the production house which is over 50 years of age is now venturing into a new avenue. Suresh Babu is going to launch a new music label ‘SP Music’ very soon.
The sources close to Suresh Babu revealed that the ground work has been completed for the music label ‘SP Music’ which will be made official soon. SP Music will open new opportunities for the music industry.
On the other side, Suresh Babu is currently bankrolling few movies Narappa and Drushyam 2. Narappa starring Venkatesh Daggubati has National award winning actress Priyamani in the female lead role. It is a remake of the Tamil drama Asuran in which Dhanush played the lead roles. It is directed by Srikanth Addala and soon the announcement regarding its release date will be made. Drushyam 2 also has Venkatesh in the lead role.
