The brand new season, which was scheduled to release on 12th February, 2021, was launched on the OTT platform on 4th June 2021. While the web series The Family Man 2 is already made available to watch on Amazon Prime Video, illegal piracy sites have found a way to release the series for free download in HD quality.

The fans and critics are praising the web show and especially the powerful performance of Samantha Akkineni and Manoj Bajpayee. However, web series has been leaked online on day 1 of its release in HD quality for free download.
However, this is not the first time the piracy website Tamilroackers leaked a film or a show. Earlier, films and shows such as Mumbai Saga, Sardar Ka Grandson, Jathi Ratnalu, Sreekaram, Bombay Begums, The Priest, Roohi, Lahore Confidential, Pudhu Kaalai, Sufiyum Sujatayum, AK vs AK.
