Vijay Antony is currently working for his upcoming film Vijaya Raghavan. Recently the makers released the teaser  which created lot of buzz among the movie lovers and  received a positive response from the audience and critics. Helmed by Ananda Krishnan, it is touted to be a political action thriller, and Aathmika is playing the female lead in this film.  The makers of Vijaya Raghavan announced the release date by sharing a new poster on their microblogging page. Vijay Antony starrer Vijaya Raghavan will be released on 17th September in the theaters.

Coming on the poster, it features Vijay Antony who looks stylish and intense.  The movie also has Ramachandra Raju and Prabhakar in key roles.

Vijaya Raghavan is one of the much-anticipated films that the audience is eagerly looking forward. It is backed by TD Rajha and DR Sanjay Kumar under the banner of Chendur Film International, The technical crew of the Vijay Antony starrer has editor Leo John Paul and NS Udhayakumar as the director of photography. The music is composed by Nivas Prasanna. NS Udhayakumar is handling the cinematography and Leo John Paul is the editor.

 Earlier during an interview, actor Abhishek Maharishi had said, “Prem Kumar is a spirited youngster who wants to get married but  the comedy of errors prevents him from entering the wedlock.  Santosh starrer is a comical portrayal of how he deals with such situations.”

Naveen Polishetty is a popular name in Bollywood and Tollywood. He made his debut in a lead role with Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, for which he received Zee Cine Awards Telugu – Best Find of the Year. He later made his Hindi debut with Chhichhore in which late actor Sushanth Singh Rajput played the lead role.

He was last seen playing the lead role in comedy entertainer Jathi Ratnalu, which was a hit at the box office. After the release of Jathi Ratnalu, a lot of top production houses gave advances to him and booked his dates. Sithara Entertainments is one among them and they offered  Naveen Polishetty  around Rs 4 Cr advance for their project.

Apparently, a filmmaker who worked as a co-director for Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh starrer romantic drama Rang de has narrated a script to Naveen Polishetty  but as the actor was not happy with the narration, said no. Finally the project was shelved. The sources say that  Naveen Polishetty also returned the advance to the producer of Sithara Entertainments .

It is also being heard that UV Creations too gave an advance to the Naveen for a project, which is expected to go on the floor very soon.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan, who had been rocking with his Telugu movies, has turned head towards Tamil film Industry and teamed up with the creative and talented filmmaker Shankar  for a Pan Indian film, which is tentatively titled #RC15 and the multi-language drama is to be made on a massive budget.

The sources close to Shankar revealed that  Ram Charan’ RC15 is to kick start with a special puja ceremony this month. Dil Raju is bankrolling this big budget entertainer.  Dil Raju and Shankar have come to an agreement that the entire production part should be wrapped by the end of 2022 as they want to release Ram Charan starrer on the occasion of Sankranthi 2023.

It is known that  the director Shankar has to complete Indian 2 and then he will move to the Hindi remake of Aparichithudu. So, he is planning to wrap up the entire shoot of RC15 at a brisk pace. If everything goes as planned, Ram Charan and Shankar’ film will arrive at the theaters during the 2023 Sankranthi season.

Bharat Ane Nenu and Kabir Singh fame Kiara Advani has been roped in to play the female lead role in RC15 which has the music by Thaman.

The actress and producer Jyotika made foray into social media through Instagram on Tuesday. Jyothika, the wife of actor Suirya, shared a series of photographs from Kashmir in her first post and captioned these pics, “Hello everyone! On social media for the very first time! A lot of positivity to share from my lockdown diaries.”

According to Tamil actress, this pic was taken on Independence Day in the beautiful Himalayas. Now according to the latest report, Jyothika garnered a whopping 1.2 million in just the first 45 minutes and this is such a rare record.

Chandramukhi fame Jyothika also wrote, “The beautiful Kashmir Great Lakes, 70 km trek With the awesome team of Bikat adventures- Rahul ,Sachin, Raul and Ashwin , and the Kashmir team Mushtaq  and Riyaz bhai. Thank you. Life is only an existence unless we start living it ! India is gorgeous!. Jai hind !”

She made her acting debut with the 1997 Hindi movie Doli Saja Ke Rakhna,  which was helmed  by Priyadarshan. Two years later, she starred in her first Tamil film Vaali and  her first Telugu film was Tagore,  which was released in 2003 and in this film she shared the screen space with none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi.

Jyothika creates rare record on Instagram

The actress and producer Jyotika made foray into social media through Instagram on Tuesday. Jyothika, the wife of actor Suirya, shared a series of photographs from Kashmir in her first post and captioned these pics, “Hello everyone! On social media for the very first time! A lot of positivity to share from my lockdown diaries.”

According to Tamil actress, this pic was taken on Independence Day in the beautiful Himalayas. Now according to the latest report, Jyothika garnered a whopping 1.2 million in just the first 45 minutes and this is such a rare record.

Chandramukhi fame Jyothika also wrote, “The beautiful Kashmir Great Lakes, 70 km trek With the awesome team of Bikat adventures- Rahul ,Sachin, Raul and Ashwin , and the Kashmir team Mushtaq  and Riyaz bhai. Thank you. Life is only an existence unless we start living it ! India is gorgeous!. Jai hind !”

She made her acting debut with the 1997 Hindi movie Doli Saja Ke Rakhna,  which was helmed  by Priyadarshan. Two years later, she starred in her first Tamil film Vaali and  her first Telugu film was Tagore,  which was released in 2003 and in this film she shared the screen space with none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi.

Janatha Garage, helmed by Koratala Siva, who is known for making social message oriented movies, is one of the best films of Tarak to have come out in the past decade or so.

Janatha Garage has Samantha Akkineni and  Nithya Menen as the leading ladies and the movie is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. The interesting part here is that the movie has completed five years of its release today. One of the main reasons to watch  Koratala Siva’ magnum opus is the unique theme based on which it has been made.   Jr NTR and Mohanlal starrer  deals with the topic of Environmentalism. It is all about the story of an environmental activist Anand, who learns about the rape and murder of his friend’s daughter at the hands of the goons,  and decides to punish the culprits when police fail to take any action against them.

For this film Janatha Garage, Mohanlal won  Nandi Award for  the Best Supporting Actor, Special Jury National Film Award and  the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor (Telugu).

On the otherside, Jr NTR is currently waiting for the release of Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR and soon he will join the sets of Prashanth Neel’ directorial venture.

Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi is likely to meet  Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on 4th September  to discuss various issues pertaining to the cine industry.  It is known that Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame actor had held meetings with seniors of Film Industry – producer Suresh Babu, Dil Raju,  Akkineni Nagarjuna, BVSN Prasad, Supriya, Damu, Narayandas Narang,  seeking their suggestions over the issues that need to be discussed with the Andhra Pradesh Government.

One of the biggest problems is flexibility in ticket pricing in Andhra Pradesh. Megastar  is going to take this as a key point along with occupancy of theatres, tax exemption, problems of theatre managements, extra shows issue, producers and cine workers.  According to the latest report, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and Stylish Star Allu Arjun with Chiranjeevi also want to meet YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu are ready to be part of the delegation, but confirmation from their end is awaited.

The sources say that Dil Raju and Suresh Babu will also join Chiranjeevi for this meet with Jagan Mohan Reddy. However, the final list of Tollywood representatives meeting with AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will be released in a couple of days.
