According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Kriti Sanon starrer recently released Hindi movie Mimi is going to Tollywood and Kollywood. A top production house has bagged the remake rights of the film and they plan to take the bilingual onto the floors as soon as possible.
If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, national award winning actress Keerthy Suresh will be seen playing the female lead in the remake of Mimi. It is known that Kriti Sanon had played the role of surrogate mother in Mimi and if Keerthy Suresh gives her nod, she will also be seen in the role of a surrogate mother.
Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Triparthi starrer Mini was premiered on Netflix earlier this month and received positive response by the digital audiences. Apparently, the production house in talks with Keerthy Suresh for the female lead role in the remake.
Meanwhile, Kriti has an interesting lineup of movies, including Bachchan Pandey, Bhediya, Adipurush and Ganapath. On the otherside, Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead in an upcoming action drama Sarkaru Vaari Paata, helmed by Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame which has Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
