Earlier during an interview, actor Abhishek Maharishi had said, “Prem Kumar is a spirited youngster who wants to get married but the comedy of errors prevents him from entering the wedlock. Santosh starrer is a comical portrayal of how he deals with such situations.”
Apart from the lead pair, the film Prem Kumar also has Ruchita Sadineni, Krishna Chaitanya, Sudarshan, and Prabhavathi in supporting roles, and the movie has music by Anant Srikar.
