On Saturday NCB detained Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli following a raid at his Juhu residence, where they recovered some quantity of cocaine. The sources revealed that the actorArmaan Kohli and drug peddler Ajay Raju Singh have been arrested under sections 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30, and 35 of the NDPS Act. Narcotics Control Bureau Mumbai raided Armaan Kohli residence in suburban Andheri and recovered a small quantity of Cocaine drug from him.
An officer said that the team raided Armaan Kohli’s house yesterday evening and later took him to the agency’s office in south Mumbai for questioning
A team of the anti-drugs agency had intercepted one drug peddler, Ajay Raju Singh, who was in possession of illegal drugs. After that the operation was launched the same day based on the preliminary interrogation of the accused Ajay Raju Singh.
Armaan Kohli is known for acting in Salman Khan starrer romantic drama “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo” and he was also one of the contestants of the TV reality show Bigg Boss. Armaan Kohli will also be presented in court today .
A day before his arrest, NCB had arrested TV actor Gaurav Dixit. The TV actor Dixit was arrested after NCB officals recovered MD and Charas from his residence.
