Adivi Sesh who has made a mark for himself with thrillers is now playing the lead role in a biopic. Adivi Sesh is playing Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the hero of the 26/11 attacks, in the movie Major. The movie’s shooting has been going on for some time. The movie has seen a major break when Adivi Sesh has suffered Dengue.
Adivi Sesh is back and how. He has restarted the shooting of Major and the film is in its final stages. Adivi Sesh tweeted, “My journey being #MajorSandeepUnnikrishnan is almost finished. After this schedule, I shall go back to being his admirer. A fan that understands him better. A fan that tried to find a piece of Major Sandeep within himself. #MajorTheFilm”
Sesh is emotionally connected to the film. Actually, he was the main reason this project has started in the first place. He has interacted with Sandeep’s parents and had quite a few meetings after which they have given permission.
Sashi Kiran Tikka has directed the movie. Sony Pictures, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment, and A+S Movies are collectively bankrolling this project. The release date of Major will soon be announced.
