It is known that Telugu actor Manchu Vishnu has won MAA Elections for the President post. Now according to the latest report, Manchu Vishnu, the son of Mohan Babu who won the Movie Artists Association elections will take oath today on 16th October at Filmnagar Cultural Centre, Hyderabad. All the arrangements are set for the oath-taking ceremony at 11 am today.
The sources say that all the members who are elected in the MAA elections will take oath along with Manchu Vishnu today at Filmnagar Cultural Centre. The reports are also coming that cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav will attend as chief guest to the oath ceremony event.
On the otherside, it is being heard that Prakash Raj panel will approach the court over MAA election results. We have already reported that on Thursday, Prakash Raj of CineMAA Biddalu panel wrote a letter to the election officer of MAA requesting CCTV footage of election day.
In the letter Prakash Raj said: I request Krishnamohan garu, to give us CC footage earliest possible. Unless you act immediately, I fear the footage will be deleted or tampered.
Meanwhile eleven members from Prakash Raj panel who won in the recently held MAA elections resigned from their respective posts.
