Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu fans have a reason to celebrate. If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to believed, young actress Meenakshi Chaudhary has been roped in Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas’ #SSMB28 for the second female lead role.
Mahesh Babu is all set to join the sets of Trivikram Srinivas’ directorial venture by the end of this year. The actor-director duo are joining hands after 11 years. Earlier, Mahesh Babu starred in Trivikram’s blockbuster films Athadu (2005) and Khaleja (2010).
The new film#SSMB28 which marks Mahesh Babu’ 28th project, will be produced by S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations. The movie is expected to arrive in the summer of 2022.
While dusky siren Pooja Hegde is on the board to play the female lead role, Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the second fiddle role. The same will be announced officially very soon.
Meenakshi Chaudhary made her debut with Sushant Akkineni starrer movie Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radha and she is also playing the female lead in mass maharaja Ravi Teja starrer Khiladi.
On the otherside, Mahesh Babu is currently working for Sarkaru Vaari Paata which is written and directed by Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame.
