Shruti Haasan, the daughter of veteran actor Kamal Haasan and Sarika, has starred in several Tamil as well as Bollywood films. She entered into Bollywood with the 2009 film Luck, in which she shared the screen space Imran Khan. In Bollywood, she is known is acting in Welcome Back, Ramaiya Vastavaiya, Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji and D-Day among other.
Her popular Telugu movies are Gabbar Singh, Srimanthudu, Race Gurram and Vakeel Saab. Currently Shruti Haasan is working with Young Rebel star Prabhas in an upcoming action drama Salaar which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. Gabbar Singh fame actress Shruti Haasan is also well-known for her penchant for tattoos and recently she took her Instagram to share a pics of her tattoo on Instagram.
