Suresh Babu has released Venkatesh starrer Naarappa on Amazon Prime and the film has received positive reviews. He has two other films Drishyam 2 and Virataparvam up for release.
Suresh Babu has inked a deal with Disney + Hotstar regarding the OTT release but the OTT giant hasn’t announced any release date. It is because that Suresh Babu wants to rethink the release mode of these movies.
However, now many movies have scheduled their films in the recent coming months and there is no date left to be occupied. This is puzzling Suresh Babu. On the other hand, if the content is fine, audiences are willing to come to the theaters. Love Story and a few other films have proved this fact.
What will Suresh Babu do now? Only time will tell. Drishyam 2 is the official Malayalam remake with the same name. Jeetu Joseph has directed it and Virataparvam is handled by Venu Udugula.
