Bhola Shankar is an upcoming Telugu film in which megastar Chiranjeevi will play the lead role. It is Telugu remake of the Tamil film, Vedalam in which Thala Ajith played the lead role. The Telugu version is directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by Anil Sunkara. On Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 66th birthday, superstar Mahesh Babu unveiled the first glimpse of Bhola Shankar. The upcoming film marks Chiranjeevi’s first collaboration with Meher Ramesh. Now according to the latest report, Chiranjeevi did a photoshoot and look test for his character at a studio in Hyderabad yesterday evening.
Bholaa Shankar’s muhurat ceremony will be held on 11th November at 7:45 and the regular shoot will commence from 15th November onwards. This news is confirmed by Meher Ramesh himself as he took to twitter to share the update regarding his directorial venture.
Bhola Shankar will see Chiranjeevi back as a mass hero. The makers are yet to reveal the cast and technical crew of the commercial entertainer.
National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh has been brought on the board and she will be seen playing the role of Chiranjeevi sister in this film. Initially, Meher Ramesh wanted to rope Sai Pallavi, but Fidaa and Love Story fame actress rejected the offer.
