South actor Adivi Sesh, who will be seen next in Major, took to Twitter today morning and announced the release date of his film, which is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. The film is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who lost his life rescuing hostages during the 26/11 attacks at the Taj hotel in Mumbai in 2008.
The film Major will release in theatres only on 11th February 2022 Worldwide in a very grand manner. Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, who is one of the producers of Major, also announced the release date of Adivi Sesh starrer Major.
Apart from the lead pair, Adivi Sesh and Saiee Manjrekar, the movie Major also features versatile actor Prakash Raj, Revathi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Murli Sharma in pivotal roles. Written by Adivi Sesh, the movie is inspired from the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the NSG commando who lost his life while rescuing in the year 2008. The makers pf Major are most likely to finish the shoot by month end. The film Major is big budget movie which will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
Major is produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with superstar Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies.
