Bhai Dooj, the festival that marks the lovely bond between siblings, was celebrated with enthusiasm across the country on 6th November. The festival is celebrated two days after Diwali. It is also called Bhau Bheej and Bhai Phota. The festival Bhai Dooj is much similar to the Raksha Bandhan and is celebrated to cherish the bond of brothers and sisters.
The ritual starts with the sisters performing the Tika ceremony by putting tilak on the brother’s forehead and praying for his happy and long lives. On the occasion of Bhai Dooj, Raashi Khanna took to her Instagram to share a pic where she was spotted pulling her cousin Kriti’ hair.
Raashi Khanna captioned it: “Always turned to you in crisis Raunaq Khanna ( Sorry Kriti for pulling your hair! Guess the apology has been long pending!) Happy bhai dooj my dearest Raunaq. Love you so much!” This is her childhood pic.
On the work front, Raashi Khanna will be seen sharing the screen space with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in ‘Thank You’. Directed by Vikram Kumar, and produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film is carrying decent buzz and the movie is on the verge of completion.
