SS Karthikeya is the son of SS Rajamouli. He was the unit director of Baahubali duology. According to Rajamouli, Karthikeya’s role was a vital one in the making of the mega-budget films. He is said to be working as line producer on his father’s upcoming magnum opus RRR, which also stars Young Tiger Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and Alia Bhatt. He confirmed his exit from the project via a statement that read: It has been quite a journey so far as a producer.
Working on Aakasavani has been one hell of a learning experience that I shall cherish for a lifetime. Today Karthikeya is celebrating his birthday and on this occasion, Ram Charan took to his Instagram to share a pic of him with Rajamouli son and said, “Happy birthday SS Karthikeya, My go to person, my number one problem solver & one of the main pillars behind Rajamouli Garu’s RRR .”
It is known SS Karthikeya quit his producer stint for a movie Aakashavaani to focus on his father Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR, which is arriving at the theaters on 7th January 2022 worldwide in a very grand manner.
RRR, bankrolled by DVV Danayya, is the fictional retelling of the lives of revolutionary freedom fighters Komaram Bheem played by Jr NTR and Alluri Sitarama Raju played by Ram Charan.
