It has been officially confirmed that Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be shaking a leg with Icon star Allu Arjun in director Sukumar’s Pushpa: The Rise, which is one of the much hyped movie of this year. According to reports, Majili and Rangasthalam fame actress Samantha has charged a whopping Rs 1.5 Cr for the special song. An official confirmation regarding the actress’ remuneration is still awaited.
A huge set has been erected at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad where the special song will be shot. The fifth song from Pushpa: The Rise will feature Icon star Allu Arjun and Samantha. Meanwhile, the reports are coming that the special song will be shot from the 28th of November in a specially erected set. Samantha Ruth Prabhu has already started the dance rehearsals for this song, which is said to be a mass treat from Devi Sri Prasad.
Sukumar is going to present Samantha in a glamorous avatar in this song. Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in Amazon Prime Video’s The Family Man 2. After her split with her husband Naga Chaitanya, many felt that her career will come to an end soon. However, she surprised everyone by signing two back-to-back bilingual films.
Pushpa: The Rise which has Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, is slated to hit the theaters on 17th December.
