Cow Dung thrown on my film Poster

Rajendra Prasad has been the part of several Telugu movies. He has been honoured with the title “Hasya Kireeti” by the Telugu Alliances of Canada, held at MississaugaHe was also honoured to walk the green carpet at the IIFA film festival in 2009, marking his performance in the  Hollywood movie Quick Gun Murugun. The movie was also screened at the London Film Festival, the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles, the New York Asian Film Festival and in The Museum of Modern Art, New York. Recently during the media interaction, Rajendra Prasad made a shocking revelation and said that “The cow dung was thrown on my first film poster in Vijayawada.”

Rajendra Prasad said, “I still remember the day when the  cow dung was thrown on my first film poster in Vijayawada. From then on I have been continuously improving my performance skills and learning new things.” Rajendra Prasad made his debut with Sneham directed by Bapu, which was released in 1977. Initially he worked as a dubbing artist and played many supporting roles. He played a supporting role in the film Ramarajyamlo Bheemaraju, in which Superstar Krishna played the lead role.

Rajendra Prasad was identified by director Vamsy to play a lead role in his film Preminchu Pelladu. The actor  rose to fame with Vamsy’s Ladies Tailor in 1986, which was produced by K. Sarada Devi under the banner of Sri Sravanthi Movies.

 Rajendra Prasad was last seen in recently released movie F2 Fun and Frustration starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej, Tamannah Bhatia and Mehreen Kaur Pirzada, directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Dil Raju, which has turned out blockbuster at the box office.
