Ram Charan new home costs a whopping Rs 38 cr

What is interesting is his new house is built with Rs 38 Cr.

The sources say that Ram Charan and Upasana’s new home in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, has been constructed and it is one of the costliest residences in South Indian film  industry, owned by any celebrity.

Ram Charan is the highest paid South Indian actor. He is said to charge a whopping Rs 12 to 15 cr for every movie. Ram Charan, the son of Megastar Chiranjeevi, started his acting career in the year 2007. With his debut movie, he gained immense fame and popularity. His last movie was Vinaya Vidheya Rama, directed by Boyapati Srinu, who is popular for mass masala movie. VVR, which was released on 11th January 2019, has completed its run and turned out commercially flop at the box office.

Currently Ram Charan is working with Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli for an upcoming movie RRR, in which Jr NTR is also playing the lead role. The upcoming period-action film is being made on the budget of  Rs 300 crore. According to the latest buzz, the makers are planning to bring Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt on the board  to play the female lead.
