Coming on the pic, Soundarya Rajinikanth is seen wearing a silk saree and gold jewellery, and with the help of hashtags, she confirms the news – ‘Bride Mode’, ‘One week to go’ and ‘Ved Vishagan Soundarya’. Rajinikanth’s daughter does make up for a beautiful bride.
Even as news that Soundarya Rajinikanth was all set to marry Vishagan Vanangamudi surfaced earlier this year, the official announcement from the family never came, not until Monday.
Soundarya Rajinikanth and Vishagan Vanangamudi will tie the knot on 11th February 2019 at a plush hotel in MRC Nagar, Chennai.
Like Soundarya, Vishagan Vanangamudi is a divorcee as well. He was married to a magazine editor Kanikha Kumaran. This is a second wedding for both Vishagan Vanangamudi and Soundarya Rajinikanth.
Soundarya Rajinikanth was previously married to industrialist Ashwin Ramkumar. They filed for divorce at a family court in Chennai in December 2016, after 6 years of their marriage. The couple together has a son named Ved Krishna.
Wedding preparations at Rajinikanth’s house has been already started. It is said that there will be a pooja at his Poes Garden residence ahead of the wedding. Also, her sister Aishwarya Rajinikanth is said to be hosting a couple of parties for her sister and friends.
Soundarya Rajinikanth’s first production venture was Goa, in 2010. The film was directed by Venkat Prabhu, in which Jai, Vaibhav and Premji played the lead roles. She also helmed Velai Illa Pattadhari 2 (VIP2) starring Dhanush, Amala Paul and Kajol.
