She allegedly killed himself by hanging himself from the ceiling fan at her apartment in Srinagar Colony.
When the neighbours informed the police they found her body hanged to the ceiling. They have send her body to Gandhi Hospital for the post-mortem.
According to the police report, Jhansi committed suicide early this morning. Mumbai Police have registered a case of accidental death and further investigation is underway. The police have reportedly found a suicide note at the actress’s apartment but have not revealed the details to the media.
According to reports, Jhansi who originally hailed from Krishna district, Mudanapalli, took her life by hanging from a ceiling fan at her residence.
It is being widely speculated that the Pavithra Bandhanam fame Jhansi was allegedly in love and her break up is cited as the reason for suicide.
Her parents say that Jhansi was allegedly in a long time relationship with a man named Surya aka Nani from Vijayawada and was keen on marrying him. But he refused to marry her and had been staying away from her for some time. This lead her to depression and took the extreme step.
