If ongoing buzz in the media and film industry is to be believed, Kajal Aggarwal is going to team up with none other than King Nagarjuna for an upcoming film. We have already reported that Akkineni Nagarjuna has signed an upcoming action and romantic drama, which will be helmed by Solomon, the co-writer of Nag starrer Oopiri and Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi. Now it is being heard that the makers are planning to bring Kajal Aggarwal on the board to play the female lead in Nagarjuna starrer.
Currently, the film is in the pre-production stage and it is expected that the upcoming untitled film of Nagarjuna and Solomon will go on the floor in the month of December. Nagarjuna will be playing the role of a cop and will don in Khakhi avatar.
In 2019, Kajal Aggarwal was seen in Sita and Ranarangam. She is awaiting the release of Paris Paris, the remake of Bollywood movie Queen and is currently busy in the shoot of her upcoming movie Indian 2 and Mumbai Saga. If Kajal Aggarwal gives her green signal, this will be the first time, when the actress will romance with Nagarjuna in a film.
The sources say that Kajal Aggarwal is the front-runner to play the female lead in Nagarjuna’s soon-to-commence film in Solomon’s directorial debut film.
Earlier Kajal Aggarwal has worked with Nagarjuna’ son Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in the movie Dhada and now she is all set to romance with Manmadhudu 2 star. Nagarjuna and Solomon’s film will be bankrolled by Matinee Entertainments.
Recently it was heard that King Nagarjuna is also planning to act in Bangarraju, in the direction of Kalyan Krishna but to date no any official announcement regarding this project.
Nagarjuna was last seen in Manmadhudu 2, which was helmed by Rahul Ravindran and jointly produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni, P Kiran under Annapurna Studios, Anandi Art Creations, Viacom18 Motion Pictures banners.
