Keerthy Suresh stunned everyone with her performance in last year released Mahanati where she portrayed the role of legendary actress Savitri. Debuted with the film Nenu Sailaja in Telugu, Keerthy Suresh has seen back to back hits with Nenu Sailaja and Nenu Local. Next, she grabbed a wonderful opportunity to work with Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Agnatavasi. However, the film bombed big time and Keerthy Suresh’s role was trolled too. But Keerthy Suresh bounced back like anything with the movie Mahanati. Her performance as Savitri is standout and audiences are thrilled to watch her in Savitramma’s role.
Though Mahanati is a super-duper hit and she got immense craze with the film, Keerthy Suresh hasn’t been in the limelight now. The only Telugu film she is currently doing is Miss India which is a small budgeted flick with no buzz whatsoever. The film has been on sets for over 6 months and there is no update about the shooting. Why hasn’t Keerthy Suresh be able to bank on Mahanati success is the question that is in the minds of every moviegoer. Well, there are a couple of reasons for that.
Firstly Keerthy Suresh is one actress who asks just her role. Director has to narrate the whole story. She is very particular about her role. She even asks about the budget details which naturally hurts the ego of filmmakers. Secondly, Keerthy Suresh has missed a trick by not concentrating on the Telugu Film Industry after the super success of Mahanati. She kept juggling between Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu. Thirdly, Keerthy Suresh is a big no for being glamorous. She knows her boundaries to ooze glamour onscreen. With these reasons, Keerthy Suresh couldn’t make it big in the Telugu films despite giving a path-breaking performance in Mahanati. May he, Keerthy Suresh want her career like this only.
