Sathyaraj, who essayed the role of Kattappa in SS Rajamouli’ directorial ventures- Baahubali : The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, is all set to make his foray into the digital space. It is being heard that Baahubali actor Sathyaraj will be seen playing the titular role in the web series The Perfect Husband.
The Perfect Husband is a Tamil-language series, which is directed by Aan Devathai fame Thamira. Touted to be a family drama, The Perfect Husband will be shot in Chennai and will be a 10 episodic series. The shoot of upcoming web series The Perfect Husband is likely to begin in the first week of the month May, post the coronavirus crisis. The makers are also planning to rope the actors Livingston and Seetha to play the crucial roles in this web series.
This is the first ever time, we are coming across a Tamil web series based on family drama. On the other hand, there are few other web series in Tamil language gearing up for its release shortly.
On the work front, Sathyaraj is also working for a film Khaki, that features Vijay Antony and Indhuja Ravichandran in the lead roles. Sathyaraj is also waiting for the release of his long delayed film, Party, which is directed by Venkat Prabhu.
