The winners of CCFA- Critics’ Choice Film Awards 2020 have been officially announced. The awards honoured Best Actor, Actresses, Best movie, Best Director and Best Writing across eight languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati and Kannada. The event was earlier scheduled on 14th March, but was cancelled due to coronavirus outbreak. So the team decided to announce the winners digitally. Samantha Akkineni and Natural star Nani won the honors at CCFA- Critics’ Choice Film Awards.  Nani won the Best Actor award for his performance in Sport based drama Jersey, Samantha  Akkineni was chosen for the Best Actress award for her performance in woman centric movie Oh! Baby.

Best Director – Gowtam Tinnanuri (Jersey)

Best Film – Mallesham

Tamil:

Best Actor (Female) – Amala Paul (Aadai)

Best Actor (Male) – Vijay Sethupathi (Super Deluxe movie)

Best Director – Thiagarajan Kumararaja (Super Deluxe)

Best Film – Super Deluxe

Best Writing –Nalan Kumaraswamy, Thiagarajan Kumararaja, Mysskin, Neelan K Sekar (Super Deluxe movie)

Hindi:

Best Actor (Male) – Ranveer Singh (Gully Boy movie)

Best Actor (Female) – Geetika Vidya Ohlyan (Soni movie)

Best Director – Zoya Akhtar (Gully Boy)

Best Film – Gully Boy

Best Writing – Anubhav Sinha and Gaurav Solanki (Article 15 Film)
