Sukumar is one of the popular creative and talented film maker of Telugu film industry, who made his directorial debut with the movie Arya in the year 2004, whose success catapulted him to stardom. After this Sukumar teamed up with the young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni for the movie Jagadam, though the movie was ended up commercially flop at the box office but the performance of Ram Pothineni was appreciated from the critics and the movie lovers. Now it is being heard that once again Sukumar has decided to work with Ram Pothineni for a movie.
The reports are coming that Sukumar has readied a mass subject for Ram Pothineni of iSmart Shankar fame and has narrated it to him also. The young actor is very impressed with the narration but he is yet to sign the project.
As of now, Sukumar is getting ready to start the work of his next film, in which Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna will play the lead role. If everything will go accordingly, Sukumar’s film with Ram will go on the floor next year.
On the work front, Ram Pothineni is working for action drama Red, the remake of Tamil film Thadam. Red is helmed by Kishore Tirumala and is bankrolled by Sravanthi Ravikishore under Sravanthi Movies banner.
