Samantha Akkineni starrer woman centric movie Oh Baby completed 1 year. The movie Oh Baby, helmed by Nandini Reddy, was released on 5th July last year and received positive response by the movie lovers and critics on the opening day. Everyone showered praises on Samantha’ performance.
This is a remake of Korean movie Miss Granny. Apart from Samantha, the film Oh Baby also has Naga Shaurya, Lakshmi, Rajendra Prasad in the lead roles. It is bankrolled by D. Suresh Babu, Sunitha Tati, and T.G.Vishwa Prasad under the banner of Suresh Productions and People’s Media Factory whereas the music is composed by Mickey J Meyer.
Samantha starrer Oh Baby is all about the story of a 70 years old woman transforms into her 24 years old self after she’s photographed at a studio, changing her life and the people around her.
The movie Oh Babu made on the budget of Rs 20 cr and it earned Rs 39 Crs at the box office. On the work front Samantha will be seen in the upcoming Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which will be helmed by Vignesh Shivan. Apart from Samantha Akkineni, the film also has Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi and lady superstar Nayantara in the lead roles.
