The young actor Anand Deverakonda‘ upcoming romantic film, Middle Class Melodies will skip theatrical release. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Middle Class Melodies are opting for a direct to digital release in view of the uncertainty over the reopening of theatres in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak.
The cinema halls/ theaters across our country are closed. There are no signs of them reopening for at least the next 2 months. Thus, many filmmakers are opting for a digital release of their movies. If the latest grapevine is anything to go by, Anand Deverakonda starrer Middle Class Melodies will also have a direct OTT release.
The makers of Middle Class Melodies have already wrapped up the shoot of the movie before the lockdown got announced. As there are no signs of the reopening of cinema halls, the makers are now planning to release it directly on an OTT platform. The promotional activities of the Middle Class Melodies have been started and soon the makers will make official announcement regarding its release date.
Anand Deverakonda starrer Middle Class Melodies is being directed by debutant Vinod Anantoju, and is being bankrolled by Anand Prasad under the banner of Bhavya Creations. The film has 96 and Choosi Choodangana fame Varsha Bollamma in the female lead role.
