It is known news that Megastar Chiranjeevi will be seen playing the lead role in the Telugu remake of Malayalam film Lucifer, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Mohanlal played the main role in the Malayalam version and now Chiranjeevi will play the lead role in its Telugu version. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Megastar Chiranjeevi is very excited about Lucifer remake and is planning to bring Bollywood Khalnayak – Sanjay Dutt on the board to play the role of villain in Lucifer remake.
We have already reported that Chiranjeevi had secured the remake rights of Lucifer to produce it under his banner, Konidela Productions. Recently during the media interaction, Chiranjeevi himself confirmed that Sujeeth, who helmed Saaho, has been roped in to direct the Telugu remake. But now the reports are coming that Megastar is not impressed with the work of Sujeeth and is planning to rope VV Vinayak to helm this remake.
In past VV Vinayak and Chiranjeevi have scored two mega blockbusters Tagore and Khaidi Number 150. The team of Lucifer remake are trying to rope in Sanjay Dutt and if everything will goes per plan, he will be seen locking horns with Chiranjeevi. Meanwhile Megastar is getting ready to resume the shoot of Koratala Siva’ directorial venture Acharya.
