Ileana has been one of the top heroines in Tollywood a few years back. She has acted in many super hit films in Telugu and has romanced almost all the top stars. She has acted in movies opposite Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Allu Arjun, etc., and is one of the first heroines in Tollywood to receive 1 Cr remuneration. Later due to Bollywood plans Ileana left Tollywood.
However, in Bollywood, Ileana‘s plans didn’t work out as planned. Though she has seen success at the first, slowly offers dried up later. After that her relationship made her concentrate less on her career. As a result, she has gone out of shape as well.
