It is known news that Prabhas and Deepika Padukone are coming together for director Nag Ashwin’ next, which is touted to be a science-fiction film. This is going to be the 21st film of Young Rebel Star Prabhas, who rose to global fame with SS Rajamouli’ Baahubali series. Ever since Deepika Padukone has been announced as the female lead for Prabhas’ 21st film, her remuneration has become a hot topic among the film circles. Recently it was heard that she is demanding Rs 30 C for sharing the screen space with Prabhas in Nag Ashwin’ directorial venture. But the news was trashed as a baseless rumor later.
Now, according to the latest buzz in the film industry the makers have committed to pay Rs 20 Crs as Deepika Padukone’ salary for Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’ film, which will be bankrolled by Ashwini Dutt. However, Deepika Padukone’ remuneration is nowhere close to what Prabhas is getting for the movie, who has been signed on for Rs 50 Cr.
Many movie lovers have been calling the pairing of Deepika Padukone and Prabhas ‘historic’ and a lot seems to be riding on the two stars for their next venture together. Vyjayanthi Movies is completing 50 years in the film industry in 2022 and Prabhas starrer will release on the special occasion.
