The Young and energetic hero Ram Pothineni is enjoying the huge fan base across both Telugu states after the grand success of ‘Ismart Shankar’ directed by Puri Jagannadh of Temper fame in which he shared the screen space with Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh. Currently Ram Pothineni is working for his upcoming film Red, in which he is playing the dual role.
Red is a remake of Tamil movie Thadam. The teasers and songs of Red have already generated good buzz among the movie lovers. And the expectations are very high. The movie Red was supposed to hit the screens in the month of April but got postponed due to a coronavirus outbreak and the lockdown.
Now the reports are coming that the makers of Red are getting offers from some OTT platforms but the team is hell-bent on releasing the movie in theatres. Earlier it was heard that a major OTT platform offered Rs 20 Cr for this film Red and recently another news came out that another streaming site came up with Rs 30 Cr deal for Ram Pothineni starrer which is huge. But the makers rejected their deal.
