Akhil Akkineni, the younger son of King Nagarjuna, appears to have undergone a massive transformation for his next film titled Agent which is being directed by Surender Reddy of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame. The young actor transformed his physique for his role as a RAW agent in the film Agent. The sources close to the makers of Agent revealed that the makers of Akhil starrer are planning to release the film on 24th December, ahead of Christmas this year.
Akhil Akkineni is coming together with Surender Reddy for the first time for Agent, which is a high budget spy drama that features debutant Sakshi Vaidya opposite Hello fame actor. The upcoming film has the story written by Vakkantham Vamsi and is being backed by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema. The writer and director duo has previously worked together for a few blockbusters such as Race Gurram, Kick, and others, and are on a mission to deliver another super hit in their combination.
National award winner Naveen Nooli is the editor whereas Avinash Kolla is the art director of Akhil and Surdner Reddy film Agent.
On the work front, the actor also has his romantic comedy, Most Eligible Bachelor lined up wherein he will be seen opposite dusky beauty Pooja Hegde.
