It is all known that icon star Allu Arjun is now busy with the shooting of his upcoming movie Pushpa: The Rise. This action and romantic movie is directed by the ace filmmaker Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame and has Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna and Malayalam actor Fahadh Fassil in prominent roles. Well, along with this movie, Allu Arjun also signed Dil Raju’s Icon, which will be helmed by Venu Sriram, who is basking in the glory of his previous offering Vakeel Saab starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan.
As Icon is a Pan Indian film, Allu Arjun has other plan and he wants to bring a Bollywood music composer on the board to render the tune. The sources say that this time Allu Arjun has said no to Thaman as he is showing interest in Bollywood music composers.
Earlier many thought that Thaman will be roped in but Allu Arjun and Venu Sriram have other plans.
Earlier during an interview, Dil Raju had said, “Even before we planned the court room drama Vakeel Saab, we had the script okayed for Icon. I and Venu Sriram are both hungry for good scripts, especially ones that get the balance between the massy scenes and good content perfectly. The Icon is a good script that will surely be loved by the movie lovers.”
