Tollywood macho star Gopichand and milky beauty Tamannah Bhatia are working together for a sport based drama Seetimaar. Both the lead actors are playing the roles of Kabbadi coaches. Also starring beautiful actress Digangana Suryavanshi, the sports drama features Tarun Arora as the main villain. Though the film was earlier scheduled to release on 2nd April, but the makers had to postpone the date owing to a delay in the post-production process. Now according to the latest buzz, the makers are eyeing to release the film Seetimaarr in theatres on 10th September on the occasion of Ganesh Chathurthi. Very soon the official announcement regarding the release date of Seetimaarr will be made.
Apart from them, the film also has Bhumika Chawla, Rahman, Tanikella Bharani, Dev Gill, Subbaraju, Jayaprakash and Preethi Asrani in the crucial roles. Helmed by Sampath Nandi, Seetimaarr is being produced by Srinivasa Chitturi under his home production banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen. The project has songs and background music scored by Mani Sharma.
Gopichand is playing the Kabaddi coach Karthik Subramanyam who represents Andhra Pradesh whereas Tamannah Bhatia is essaying the role of Jwala Reddy, Kabaddi coach for Telangana team.
On the other side, currently Gopichand is working with Sriwass whereas Tamannah is waiting for the release of Maestro.
